Automation Lab
Our on-site automation lab serves a dual purpose. It allows us to test systems before deployment to the field. It also provides a training center for our clients to become familiar with their systems.

Allen Bradley PLC/Fieldbus Panel ControlLogix, SLC-500, and PLC-5 with 2 Rockwell FFLD fieldbus controllers. The ControlLogix PLC is tied to the VFD's (shown below) via ControlNet. It is also tied to our mini-MCC via DeviceNet.

Electronic Flow Measurement (EFM)/ Transmitters / Valve Multiple EFM RTU's can be tested here. The valve is controlled through fieldbus. Also on the panel are pressure, level and temperature transmitters

VFD's and Flex I/O The VFD's are controlled via ControlNet. The gas detectors on this panel are tied into the ControlLogix PLC via Flex I/O.

Communication Panel This panel holds various data radios, serial-ethernet convertors, and a Barnett callout box. We have both licensed frequency and broadband data radio's available for testing.
